Angela has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2000, she is an intuitive teacher who guides from her heart with a soft gentle spirit. She is warm, inviting, grounded, open minded, accepting of all others, and works hard to ensure her teachings are traditional while relevant to the modern world.
She has overcome both mental and physical obstacles that have brought her closer to her yoga practice and ultimately led to her achieving the highest levels of yoga certification. A life long learner, Angela is like a sponge soaking up knowledge and awakening her life journey. She is passionate about leading yoga classes, humbled by coaching people through life’s challenges while holding space for them, and believes in the power of a simple smile.

Angela is a 500-RYT with Yoga Alliance, Applied Yoga Anatomy & Muscle Activation Certified, Yoga Mindset Coaching BT, and is currently studying for her Meditation Certification. She holds bachelor degrees in Human Communication and Political Science from Arizona State University. She lives in Frisco, Texas with her husband, three boys, and two pups, she knows that balance is key to a happy home. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, knitting, exploring, writing, and learning.
