Embark on a transformative journey with Mindset & Yoga Coaching – a unique fusion of ancient wisdom and modern coaching. We believe that true well-being begins with the mind. Our certified yoga coaches are dedicated to guiding you on a path of self-discovery, empowering you to cultivate a positive and resilient mindset both on and off the mat.

  • Sessions are held via a private Zoom link provided by Angela or in person at a charming studio in North Texas.
  • Appointments are typically Tuesday-Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (CST).
  • All sessions are 60 minutes long unless otherwise stated.
  • Angela suggests clients meet on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. One-off sessions are available only for existing clients.

  • Try a free 20 minute consultation call, an opportunity for you to ask questions and to get to know one another. It's a great opportunity to talk about what you're hoping to get out of coaching and any goals you have.
