  • Tailored for those looking for a more personalized yoga experience, individualized attention, and feedback from the teacher.
  • These classes are limited in size from 3-5 people allowing for a more intimate and supportive environment.
  • Appointments are typically Tuesday-Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (CST).
  • All sessions are 60 minutes long unless otherwise stated.
  • Sessions are held via a private Zoom link provided by Angela or in person at a charming studio in North Texas.
